Before deciding what final action he could take, he thought it may be a good idea to follow Joey to school and to the park to see what happened in a day in his son’s life. He was not the sneakiest person, but if Joey’s dad was about to crack the case, he would need to learn how to follow his son without being noticed. Finally, he would find out what was going on.

Joey’s happy place, the park, was about to become an extension of the school grounds where he was targeted by his tormentors. On this day, Joey was peacefully playing with his ball when several older boys approached him and not because they wanted to make friends. Joey had a good sense for what people wanted out of him, and their malicious expressions were dead giveaways. Luckily, his dad was watching closely from behind a nearby tree.
