Unprofessional Behavior
Chris reached out to the teacher and voiced his disapproval of the comments she made on her son’s paper. “When I sent the concern to her, all she did was reply with a message saying sorry I felt that way about it”, Chris noted. It is the highest level of unprofessionalism and was very rude. She had cast off his concerns in a completely careless way, which was bound to only worsen the situation for her.

The management of the school heard about the complaint and was much disturbed about it. They agreed what she did was terrible and had a damaging effect on the child. However, after brief meetings, they noted she would be reprimanded for her actions but not fired. They believed sacking her would be too much. Teachers make mean comments about their students all the time, and will rarely lose their jobs and livelihoods for it, after all.
