The main person involved in this whole fiasco was Kamdyn, and he sure had a say on the matter. His response to the entire saga made persons push further with the petition. He said, “She made me sad, upset, and mad. I think it was a mean thing that she did.” If you ask, no child, his age should feel or be treated that way. Kamdyn had done nothing but try his best, and he could not understand why his teacher had responded in this way.

A Tender Age
Kamdyn is seven years old, and he also noted the feedback received broke his heart. Chris, in his various interviews with multiple news outlets, said the child is only seven years old and was not deserving of such a comment. He always recalls the criticism the teacher wrote, and it made him angry each time. A parent will struggle to let go when their child is attacked, just how the child themself will find it difficult to forget the hurt.
