Jameswood Villa
Keen to see what the manor, titled Jameswood Villa, actually looked like today, Cal headed over to Google Street View to see what they were working with. All he could see was an image from a couple of years ago, and even so, it was easy to spot that the building had fallen quite a way from its heyday. This was discouraging at first, but Cal and Claire were the kind of couple who would face it together, no matter what they were dealing with.

Britain and Canada Head To Scotland
As Cal was from England, and Claire was from Canada, the pair wondered what they were going to do about the fact that they had just acquired a property that wasn’t in either of their home countries. Claire had actually always wanted to attend medical school in Glasgow, so she was thrilled for a reason to be in the area. There was a slight sense of optimism at the prospect of moving to Scotland, with both parties keeping an open mind about the idea.
