This must be an image from one of those simulation games where you have to design an entire city. There is hardly another plausible reason behind this badly planned construction work. Hopefully, contractors are working towards fixing this mammoth mistake. Even if you were playing SimCity, this would severely inconvenience your digital citizens. Safely entering and exiting this complex would be a nightmare with a massive highway to contend with. The noise must also be awful!

Smoking right next to a gas tank has never been a safe idea, even if you are wearing the American flag on your hard hat… This might be part of an anti-smoking campaign, at least we hope that it is. If not, then someone might find this American flag-themed hard hat several miles away from this worksite. Some workers take serious liberties with on-site safety regulations, and smoking near hazardous areas is a real lunchtime thrill.
