A woman informed the worker that she had spotted a German shepherd mix in her area. She had tried to help him, but he was cowering beneath a car, too afraid of everyone around her to be lured out. Eldad Hagar and Loreta Frakoynte were the two members of Hope for Paws that would venture out to find the dog in question. Eldad was the organization’s founder, who would lead rescue missions across town. They agreed that this case needed special attention and they would be very careful – one that needed the captain himself and his most trusted and capable sidekick. To start things off, the duo purchased some cheeseburgers to tempt the hiding dog with.
