Staying Strong
When Keely better examined her stomach, she saw that it was stranger than just unexplainable fat. It felt odd, almost unnatural. But Keely was not about to give up hope. She believed that this was just some temporary issue and that her body would deal with it eventually. Although we have to commend Keely for staying positive during this time, she was sadly wrong to assume that everything was going to magically return to normal.

This situation was now beginning to impact almost all the parts of Keely’s life. Everyone in her work, social life, and personal life were greatly concerned, and Keely hated having to explain to everyone that she wasn’t pregnant and that she didn’t know what was wrong. She had also reached a size eight. Keely was afraid of visiting a doctor, and it didn’t help that her own father was one. What would he think of his daughter?
