Samantha Sepulveda was the kind of cop who treated everyone fairly. She had always dreamed of dedicating her life to serving others, something she believed was best achieved by joining the police force. In time, her fellow officers would find that Samantha was hiding a whole secret side hustle and, even more shockingly, an entire double life. Although police officers are expected to follow a strict moral and professional code, they are still human, and have their own passions.

Amazingly, Samantha’s youth did not lead her toward the usual path to police membership. She was a dazzlingly smart woman, having graduated with distinction from the University of Massachusetts with a management degree. Samantha also possessed an MBA in finance, making it all even stranger that she did not become a high-powered businesswoman. She seemed to be on the path to riches, but Samantha had another calling in mind, one that was far more human-driven than ordinary business.
