It seemed like Samantha left a trail of warning signs from the get-go. “She was smart, all right” Dino’s pal mentioned, “you could tell that in 5 minutes of conversing with her. But she was devastatingly gorgeous, knew it, and was very skilled at manipulating the people around her.” Samantha seemed like the person that could hypnotize a chump in a matter of minutes before getting anything that she wanted out of them in seconds.

The friend revealed that “Every instinct in me screamed ‘predator.’” Regardless, he had no clear evidence to convince Dino with. He could not break his suspicions and warnings to Dino by going on a hunch. That would just lead to a potentially friendship-ending argument. All that he could do was bite his tongue while Dino and Samantha’s relationship progressed alarmingly fast. They seemed to have skipped a few logical stages. Samantha then decided to join Dino in his condo, indefinitely!
