It’s one thing to make your point using a few stern words, but it’s a whole other thing to work props into your message. This particular one has to go down in the history books as being one of the more iconic notes left on a windshield, even though the person who left it should probably consider a more gentle approach the next time they are in a similar position. At least this person received some free protection.

If there is one way to scare off a potential traffic violation, it’s to insinuate that you are Jigsaw from the Saw movie series. This creative civilian has received so many parking tickets before, it seems like they are unlikely to budge at yet another one. Top marks for effort and creativity, but we’re not so sure this will hold up in the court of law when a summons is issued. Pick a card, any card!
