This was clearly a historical find, and these dollar bills held so much more than just monetary value. This was a piece of history. They had a long and fascinating story to tell, albeit a possibly unsavory one. Despite the slim chance that they could get to the bottom of this mystery, given its age-old and murky nature, the couple was determined to bring the suitcase and its original owner to light, no matter the cost.

Plenty of individuals beyond the media became curious about Rick and Kelly’s enigmatic suitcase. Of course, this was a notable find. They would find that many other intrigued people would join them in researching this highly unusual find. Kelly and Rick continued to physically comb through the case. That was when they saw something that they had previously missed in their excitement – a scrap of neatly and sneakily hidden newspaper right at the bottom of the suitcase
