Disturbed By The Sounds
The sounds were audible to the whole family, and the children displayed a reasonable amount of anxiety as a result. Macy was attempting to reassure them, but she herself was becoming more concerned about the noises. Finally, Jason grabbed a flashlight and walked outdoors, but he didn’t see anything that was out of the norm there. Despite having a flashlight in hand, the area was obviously extremely dim, and it was difficult to make out anything at all. Nevertheless, everything seemed to be business as usual.

The only thing he was able to figure out was that the noises seemed to be coming from the direction that the water was heading in. It was exactly the same as his coworker had described. Now that he had missed the opportunity to learn something important, Jason was kicking himself. When his coworker had spoken about the noises, they hadn’t seemed so horrible, but now they seemed quite frightening, and Jason was scared about what they indicated.
