The Car
Troy managed to hear what happened after because the sergeant walked away. The cruiser’s officer came complaining to the sergeant, turning red from the anger that was boiling inside. The officer was hysterical and headed over to the driver again, demanding that he drop his car, to which the tow driver, who was highly amused at this stage, nodded his head and happily went along with the performing officer’s demands. It was not going to be such a straightforward resolution, it seemed.

Costing Hundreds
The enraged officer then wanted to know how much this stunt would cost, which the smug driver revealed to be one hundred dollars. The officer threw his hands in the air in exasperation and marched back to the sergeant, wishing to loudly know how his superior could allow police to be disrespected like this. To answer his agitated demands, the sergeant simply said that a car could be legally towed if it blocked an emergency vehicle. This did little to persuade the rookie officer, who was solely focused on getting his cruiser back.
