It may initially seem as though several bad decisions happened for this bridge to end up like this, although, the one side is simply higher than the other. Regardless, considering just how many construction workers are standing right next to a dangerous situation, one could only guess just how many safety violations it took for the team to come this far. Can you imagine having to make the jump across during an emergency? This needs to be fixed as soon as possible!

Whoever installed these urinals was clearly not considering functionality. Not only is there hardly any room for two men to use these two urinals at the same time, but we can only imagine the sort of splash this would create. The cringe factor in this photo is definitely too much! At least the fellows that use this bathroom will be spoiled for choice, and can quickly mix things up if they need to make an emergency switch.
