Gerald drove back to his home, feeling rather shaken by the situation. He hauled the crib before his wife in their living room so that she could see the fruits of his deal. Gerald was satisfied and he was sure that his granddaughter would be delighted. This was the ideal purchase for a pregnant woman.

Gerald’s satisfied expression would vanish when his wife stepped up to the crib and bent over to see what was inside. A shrill scream of terror pierced Gerald’s ears.
