Getting out and about in the sunshine is quite enjoyable. However, the problem is that the thought is shared by wasps and bees as well. They tend to come out in the open to look for new homes. To ensure that they do not decide that your house is perfect for them, spraying areas they might find appealing with WD-40 is a good idea. Windows are the most commonly used entryway to your home, but there are plenty of other nooks and crannies, cracks, and holes.

Tone the shine of polyurethane
The wooden floors do get an upgrade with varnish. However, sometimes their effect is a bit overdone. The floor shines so much so that your eyes dazzle which is definitely not a good idea. Toning down the shine is required, a task in which WD-40 can be of help. Spray some of the product on a piece of cloth and wipe the floor with it. You could also use an old mop if you have a large floor to dim like the one pictured.
