In a later interview, Ben mentioned that they may catch a can or something similar in the lake from time to time. “As far as a woman’s purse, well that’s a first for me!”. As someone who had been fishing in the lake since he was a little boy, he really was surprised that his nephew had caught something as prominent as a purse. They all felt they had stumbled on to a mystery.

Among all the items, there was a collection of credit cards, keys, money, lipsticks, and a planner was there. Clearly, the owner liked to keep many things by their side! As the contents of the bag spilled onto the shore, everyone searching through the items soon realized something important. Ben noticed that the woman staring back at them in one of the photographs, the possible owner, was someone he actually knew!
