Being A Role Model
As a teacher, your job entails more than just preparing and delivering lessons but also being a mentor. There is so much more to being a teacher than just planning and executing lessons. Teachers virtually take children’s parents’ roles when their real guardians are not around. However, in being a mentor, one has to be a great role model, and some people fail at it. It seems like not everyone has the correct personality for teaching.
