Spare A Little Time
A struggling child will have an interest in school if they realize the teacher has their best interest at heart. Instead of resorting to negative feedback as Bohenek did, spare a little time to give extra attention to students in this group. Bear in mind, children with “unique” learning styles need a good role model they can always look to. In the end, a teacher needs to recognize the different kinds of children that enter their classes, and learn how to help and nurture each one.
Teachers Are Humans
This statement is underrated when it comes to some parents, and that is a sad reality, but we have to face it that teachers are humans too. They have feelings and emotions like everyone else. All people are bound to lose their temper or be unfair from time to time, and no one is an angel. Sometimes, a person will have no patience left, even for the sweetest of little people. However, it is just that they are within bounds on what expected of them.
