Graduating from an education course does not mean an individual is ready for the classroom, and this many fail to recognize. That was one of the main interests in a debate that started in the comments on Facebook that teachers should be given more guidance even throughout their teaching years. While the teachers that read such comments may have felt that this was an unfair statement, no one could deny that there are bad eggs in any field.

A teacher should be able to deal with a diverse environment as students come from different backgrounds and have different learning styles. As a result of this, challenges can arise in the classroom, and teachers should be ready to remedy the situation and find a solution. Each child is completely different, and has their own strengths and areas that could be improved. Teachers must be able to develop their talents and help them overcome their challenges.
