It was in 1998 that Seth graduated from his old school. As he walked through the doors for the supposedly last time, he never considered that he would be returning. Ironically, he would end up owning the place in the future! He had become quite sentimental when he had first returned to the school, and he knew that he owed the place a lot of good work and love. He then got to work upgrading the place.

Seth might be a larger-than-life kind of character, but that does not mean that he did everything alone. Far from it, as he had a big team that consisted of a lot of faithful and passionate individuals. They made the demolition and revamping procedure far easier and smoother. Some people that came to help had not been the best of friends during their schooling years, and others had some very difficult memories brought back. But through it all, Pastor Seth was fully supported.
