Midnight Snack
When you think of an otter, you generally picture a cute little critter blissfully floating down a river, arm-in-arm with his partner. Not this vicious hunter, however, who was snapped fiercely scurrying off with his prey in his mouth! We all love a good midnight snack. Otters are carnivorous mammals whose diet mostly consists of fish. They are capable and speedy hunters that can snatch fish straight out of coursing river. We hope that this fellow enjoyed his fishy feast!

Ah, the elusive owl in all its glorious and deadly precision! While you might not see owls very often in nature, as they prefer to stay out of sight until the last minute, getting in the way of their hunting is a sure way to get overly acquainted with one. This deer was just doing his nightly grazing when a set of razor-sharp talons dug into the back of his neck! Stay clear of owl hunting ground, people.
