A Local Owner?
Many questions plagued everyone. Whose ashes were inside, who owned the urn, and how did it end up for sale at $2? Then, a response to Kat’s post changed everything. The manager from Savers had decided to make a statement, mentioning that donations came mainly from locals, so it was likely that the owner of the urn is from the area.
Others Come Forward
It didn’t take long for the post to go viral, and for people to start sharing similar stories. A woman called Connie Slatt replied to Kat’s post, as she seemingly had a similar item in her possession. “I found mine at a thrift shop too, and it’s very heavy in weight”.
