And the Obamas ‘downsized’ in style, settling on a mansion in the prestigious neighborhood of Kalorama, where in fact, quite a number of former presidents and ambassadors have chosen to live in these old but charming properties. By no means small at 8,200 square feet, their new home has five bedrooms, large windows, and built-in fireplaces.

Jenna Jameson: $2.7 million, Los Angeles
Former adult film star, Jenna Jameson, apparently had some trouble in 2013 when she defaulted on payments on her previous LA mansion and couldn’t sell it so it was auctioned off. Jameson bought the 3,958 square foot mansion in 2006 for 2.7 million dollars. She is now engaged to Israeli businessman Lior Bitton, with whom she has a daughter, and they all live together including her twin sons from her previous relationship with Tito Oritz.
