Shepard Smith may be most well-known for his work as an anchor on Fox News, although, he also has his very own show Shepard Smith Reporting. It seems he is not planning on announcing his retirement anytime soon. However, he tried selling his Greenwich Village condo for $4 million back in 2004 and later reduced the asking price to $3.95 million. Even with the price adjustment he later took the home off the market as no buyers were all too interested.
