Hip-hop star and social media guru, DJ Khaled, recently bought this $10 million Beverly Hills property to become his new home. Sitting on about an acre of land, the mansion consists of 10,681 square feet which include 7 large bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a recording studio, a media room, an enormous kitchen with a breakfast corner, and a private gym. There are even a butler’s pantry and a maid’s quarters on the property, as well as an outside living area, an outdoor kitchen, a spa, a swimming pool, and two terraced patios, and an extensive green lawn surrounds everything beautifully.

Leonardo DiCaprio: $1.75 Million, Belize
Legendary actor Leonardo DiCaprio is also known for being a keen environmentalist, so he has managed to combine two things he has – money and an interest in looking after the environment – and transformed this 104-acre Belize isle into a luxury, eco-friendly resort, where construction is finally coming to completion. DiCaprio purchased Belize’s Blackadore Caye Island back in 2005 for $1.75 million, and decided to build 36 luxury villas to put on sale for $5 million each, as well as 36 residential homes. All the construction was powered by solar energy and was down with local material, and the plan is that one can only purchase reusable water bottles on the island, that there will only be clean energy vehicles, and that all food products will come from local sources and grown organically.
