The Impressive Paycheck
Much of an oil rig worker’s costs are covered by their companies, meaning that they have plenty of cash left over to take home. The dangerous and laborious nature of the job means that oil rig workers are compensated incredibly well for their high-risk performances. There was plenty that Dino disliked about the job, but he certainly loved the money! Although the working conditions are not exactly desirable, the attached paychecks are. Dino lived a good life.

While the position is profitable, it does take one away from their home for weeks at a time. Oil rig workers will say goodbye to their families and home, and even firm earth, for long periods. Certainly, only a few select people can handle the pressures, and many oil rig employees sadly deal with the stress in wasteful ways. They will often go on shopping sprees or spend hours at bars. Thankfully, our man Dino was money clever.
