The Doggy Spa
It seemed as though it was her first-ever chance to experience life in a doggy spa, and she welcomed it with open paws. She stood as the soapy sud ran down her nose, and the warm water splashed across her back. Not to mention the soothing hands of her masseuse – she loved it. This was pure heaven for the doggy, whose life had consisted of so much pain and trauma beforehand. She was experiencing a magical transformation!

Though Rain didn’t have a chip, the team could tell she once had a family based on her response to the family-like setting. It was clear she was once a pet, but what caused her to be out there was unknown. The reasons for a dog’s downfall from beloved family pet to abandoned stray are numerous, but not all dogs will live in happy homes. Many run away from desperate situations, unloving homes, and cruel owners.
