Radical Camouflage
A prototype for the lineup in 2016, this Mazda CX 9 was on its first test drive. If you had seen it then, it was almost impossible to recognize. However, radical camouflage like this is used by car manufacturers as a form of advertising. They are not really trying to hide the vehicle’s true nature. This pattern is so abrasive that you might struggle to keep your eyes fixed on the car for very long.
Untuned Television Snow
If you thought this is a military vehicle for wet work or night ops, you are wrong. However, you are not alone. When Land Rover used this camouflage wrap on their Discovery Sport Edition going out for a test drive, many people who saw it thought the pattern looked military. However, the pattern was actually meant to suggest untuned television snow. Let’s just hope that the onboard screen navigation works fine. Now that would be ironic!
