After putting in some effort into it for a while, they came to the realization that it would be far more difficult than they had thought it to be. They were unable to pinpoint the location of the bag, and the water was moving at such a rapid pace that it was impossible for them to swim against it. They came to the conclusion that it would be best to pull over and have a rest on the riverbank. It’s conceivable that the luggage got lost somewhere along the way. Should they go back and try to find it?

The father felt that they should keep going with what they were doing. What if it turned out to be something that was designed to bring harm to another item, or even more horrifyingly, to a person? Macy was of the belief that it would be in everyone’s best interest for her to return to the kids. It looked as though the sound had materialized out of thin air. They were conscious of the fact that they were drawing ever closer!
