Saab 9000
Now here we have a true blast from the past. It is a great shame that the Saab 9000is no longer in production because it was an excellent example of what the Swedish automotive could do. It had a great run though, with its production lasting from 1984 to 1998. Although it may not have been the prettiest car model, it was definitely a reliable one, with a good engine lineup and was equipped with the Tipo Quattro platform by Fiat.

Toyota Land Cruiser
When discussing quality off-road vehicles, you can’t mention the Toyota Land Cruiser. The model is very popular, although not quite as much in the United States, in Australia it is considered one of the best vehicles possible. If you know anything about Australia, then you know that it is one of the most rugged and challenging sets of environments in a country. It has a quality tank-like build, an excellent AWD system, and an impressive 4.2-liter diesel engine.
