Planning The Next Day
Little Malachi went straight to bed after dinner. He knew he had a hard day tomorrow attempting to discover the owner of the wallet after a long day spent looking for bottles. He intended to search the neighborhood for the individual in the ID’s photo. He would hopefully be able to locate him. Yet, he was unaware that the wallet was in even more danger than he had anticipated.

No One In The Beds
The following morning, at the crack of dawn, Malachi was startled out of sleep by an odd noise. He glanced around, still groggy from sleep, and saw that his sister’s and brother’s beds were vacant, the sheets tattered. He quickly got out of bed and made his way through the small house to the backdoor while feeling anxious. He was in awe by what he witnessed!
