By this time, Malachi had finished his fruit and was preparing to go when the stranger grabbed his arm. “Let me help you, please. I can take you home.” Malachi didn’t understand what the stranger had said. “I don’t want to go home yet. I have to do something else first,” Malachi replied.

The man gave Malachi a perplexed look. “So what are you supposed to do? ” Did he ask. But Malachi hesitated. Because the man seemed kind and would probably be able to assist him in locating the owner of the wallet, he wanted to tell him. But what if he was wrong, and he grabbed the wallet, and all of this was for nothing?
