Despite how menacing and cold-hearted Dino had become, he could not help but occasionally fantasize about what could have been. Samantha could have found true happiness with Dino, instead of breaking his heart and exploiting him. He secretly wished that the person that he had met was the real Samantha, that fun-loving, sweet, and charming angel. Decisively, the situation worsened when she began wrecking his car. Samantha didn’t doubt that Dino’s intelligence could be used against her.

Perhaps Samantha honestly believed that Dino would attack her during her wedding day, as she even approached her father for help. She instructed that “her father call Dino at work to talk him into backing off, but when Dino explained what she had done to him and his car, the father became really ticked off at Samantha.” This was a father who had called Dino in a rage. How dare anyone mess with his baby?
