As it turns out, Adrienne did not quit social media for good, but she has reached an agreement with her employer for her to continue posting, albeit that she does so much less frequently than she did before. What makes her story special is that she knew she couldn’t have the best of both and had to make a hard decision for her future. In her spare time, she still shared fitness goals and progress from time to time. This led to a shock announcement that nobody saw coming.

As it turns out, Adrienne wasn’t going to delete her Instagram account. Although she is a full-time policewoman, she still gets to share parts of her journey online, her intention has changed, and she now mainly shares ways for people to find a better balance in their lives. The account has a more secure meaning and is less about travel and flashy locations, which is a change for the better. She is something of a life coach!
